Individual states have enabled judges to require convicted drunk drivers to display a special license plate on their vehicle, identifying them as such. Similarly, individual states have a variety of requirements which they impose upon convicted sex offenders, such has having to register the address of their residence.
Convicted pedophiles represent a threat to our children which will be minimized through the implementation of a national license plate. Adults and children will be warned, by the conspicuous license plate; relocating from one state to another, to escape sanctions which have been imposed, will no longer provide camouflage for the convicted offender.
Require convicted pedophiles in all 50 states to display a standard license plate, protect our children.
