Establish a limit to congressional terms and itemize in plain language the contents of every bill.

We, the people, recognize the necessity of congressional office and public service. We exult these cherished American values, but also recognize the necessity of establishing clearly defined limits for Senators and Representatives serving the people. We believe that kingship discourages innovation, and for this reason must limit the time a person may spend in Congress so that the people may never suffer the rule of "career politicians".
Further, we are proud of our system of governance, but require straightforward understanding of bills and their contents. We understand that the language of congressional bills is often available to the public, but that bills are often full of many policies and additions to current law. We require the contents of bills be itemized for the public.
