Eliminate multiple item bills brought to the House of Representatives and Senate. This is the gateway for misallocated funds and special interest groups. Vote on 1 subject at a time, make PUBLIC who voted for or against these bills. This would allow American citizens, both Democratic AND Republican to better choose and re-elect their candidates by plainly showing if their campaign promises are being upheld after election.
