Establish On-Line Voting for State and Federal Legislative offices to counter Republican efforts to restrict voting...

Created by E.P. on February 06, 2014

State level Republican legislators are and will continue to find creative and unlawful ways to restrict voting because they are affraid of the truth that the majority of Americans do not believe in their policies. To counter their initiatives to require some form of verification of who the voter is, knowing that some may not have those forms of verification or it may be very coslty for some to obtain them, I petition that On-Line Voting be established as the Norm. A citizen can use a combination of name, social security number, birth date and current address as a verification of identity and citizenship. The IRS, Social Security Administration and the states' Secretary of State can verify and validate citizenship and residency through cross referencing their databases eliminating fraud.
