Establish mandatory universal GPS tracking for all commercial aircraft. in view of the second anniversary of MH370 loss.

Dear President Obama,
I am Achyut Nair, an aviation student at ERAU-Daytona. I am really saddened by the loss of MH370, with all its passengers, on this day, two years ago. Also, there are a number of disappearances of aircraft in flight, making it difficult for search and rescue to reach them. These disappearances inevitably leads to the loss of many lives, including those of the crew. In view of the above, I would request you to take action to ensure that all commercial aircraft, including cargo planes, are tracked while in air, by a satellite navigation system, like GPS. I would request you to make a Presidential Order instructing the FAA to enforce this tracking, with immediate effect. I strongly feel that this action will allow the speedy location of aircraft in distress or in danger.
