establish March 20 as "Be A Neighbor Day", in honor of Mr. Fred Rogers and his contributions to the American people

While watching a video of Mr. Rogers induction into the television Hall of Fame, I saw in the comments that there was a petition here to make his birthday a national holiday. I came to sign it, but found that it failed to reach the required number of signatures; I immediately created this one for anyone else feeling as strongly as I do, that not only does this great and loving man deserve a day of recognition, but also that there needs to be a day to remind all of us to share his dream of a national community of compassion and understanding, a reminder to be a better neighbor, if you will. Please share this petition with your friends and family, both those who were lucky enough to grow up being shown that the best thing you can be is you, and those too young to hear it from the man himself
