All the conversation today is about raising the minimum wage to $10.10 (or even $15) per hour. This should be done. The next step to stop the economic divide and disparity in our society is to establish a MAXIMUM wage of $500 per hour (this is $1 million per year). This would include stock options and other "perks". This is more than enough for an individual or family to survive and have a fulfulling and exciting life.
