Establish a Medicare brick and mortar office where Medicare beneficiaries can get accurate and reliable information

We request that brick and mortar offices be established for Medicare. Seniors need a place where they can go to have their questions about Medicare answered. Under the current program, there is no Medicare Office. We request that brick and mortar offices be established for Medicare (possibly at Social Security Administration sites) where Medicare eligible beneficiaries can obtain Medicare information, enroll in Medicare, receive assistance in choosing Medicare Advantage, Medigap, and Prescription Drug Plans, and learn the rules that govern eligibility and explain when penalties may be imposed.
