We need to establish funding for ALL schools to have security systems in place. After speaking with school boards in light of the recent tragedy, they have advised me that it is not in the budget to implement any more security measures.
Our children are our futures and in this country we protect money more than we protect our children. We use armored vans and armed personnel just for transferring money, but we have no budgets to have a trained professional protecting the schools? We have no budget to install security systems?
We HAVE to take our children to school, the least they can do is make it a safe place and give parents across America peace of mind. This needs to change. We need proper security implemented in EVERY school across the nation. Please protect our children.
