Establish a National Affordable On-Line Higher Education System

A National On-Line Affordable Higher Education System can be established to provide affordable higher education for all US Citizens. The US has the Internet Technology to bring interactive education from the best and brightest teachers to all US Citizens. This petition requests that US Government provide all US citizens access to higher education since it is the key to our economy, employment and new job creation. Under the current US college and university system of higher education in the US today's students are becoming debt ridden and disillusioned about the benefit of higher education. The US has the technology and the educators that can bring affordable higher education to the US Citizen. It just need the will to do it! Thank You.
