Long before Christopher Columbus ‘discovered’ North America (aka Turtle Island to First People), the Five Nations of the Iroquois discovered the governing gifts and benefits of both Confederacy and Constitution. Thus the Iroquois Confederacy and Constitution were born as the Original Confederacy and Constitution of Turtle Island aka North America.
Later, the Nation’s Founders built upon those Iroquois gifts of governance creating the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union. Those Articles the lesser known sister document of the Declaration of Independence. The opening words to the Articles of Confederation state, "The stile of this confederacy shall be ‘The United States of America.’”
The Iroquois Confederacy united in the Spirit of 1776-1777 celebrated in one National Holiday
