Establish National guidelines for Federal Elections.

The Federal Government should create National guidelines to establish Ferderal Election Day as a National Holiday, as well as creating set standards for early voting periods for Federal Elections. At a minimum an Election "week" should be created, to encourage maximum participation. Voting is the means by which the citizens engage their government, it is the MOST important of our civic duties. Therefore, it should not be limited in any way, its too important!
