In recognition of the momentous decision in Obergefell v. Hodges, as well as Hollingsworth v. Perry, Lawrence v. Texas, and U.S. v. Windsor, all of which the Supreme Court delivered on June 26, we petition the United States Government to establish a national holiday on this date.
