Establish a national hours and dates minimum standard for early voting when Congress and state-wide offices are balloted

National Election Standards is an adjunct that would encourage and facilitate greater participation in the Constitutional right of all Americans to exercise their franchise. Further, a standard would enjoin states to discontinue actions that disproportionately disenfranchise certain groups, contrary to the Equal Rights Amendment. Failure to enact such legislation will further discontent with certain groups of voters and provide basis for legal challenges which are costly, and unnecessary due to the guarantee written into the Constitution for the American constituency. The majority/all of state's newly enacted laws have become overtly biased towards minorities, and hidden under the guise of "eliminating voter fraud" when no cases of such is part of the record by those implementing new laws.
