America cannot support herself with only services and financial products. American technology and American manufacturing jobs are the core National resources that are critical to our economic health. We need a comprehensive American Industrial Policy to compete in the word economy. We must design, manufacture and sell the best products in the world. A comprehensive Industrial policy will address Americas growing need for engineers and scientists, the protection of American technology from export and piracy and the outsourcing of manufacturing jobs and "know how" accross our borders.
