Establish a National Referendum by which the American people can vote new Consititutional Amendments into law.

The American people (through popular majority vote) should be enabled to establish new and improved policies, regulations and laws. A National Referendum could help address "common ground" issues such as congressional reform, equal taxation (both individual and coporate), education, health care, entitlement reform (Medicare/Medicaid, Social Security, Welfare, etc.)
