Establish a national salary cap at 10 times that of the national per capa income.

The cry of "United We Stand" is heard in national defense but what about our economic woes here at home. We MUST be just as "United" in economic equity in order for our society to flourish. In an effort to preserve opportunity for all, all levels of our socety must feel accountable to our success or failure and be invested in economic development. Therefore, a SALARY CAP should be established to bind us together economically by linking the rewards of the most wealthy to those of the more disadvantaged. No salary (perks included) should exceed 10 times the national per capita income. Increased salaries to those at the economic top can only be made if the per capita income increases (and vice versa). Excess monies must be released to the governement or invested into company.
