Establish Net Neutrality! Federally Ban Internet Service Providers from regulating any and all traffic as a Civil Right

Created by N.C. on March 30, 2014

Stop Comcast, Verizon, At&t and any and all Internet Service Providers from choosing what content or communication that its customers may or may not see. When a consumer purchases access to data, that data should be their protected right and free from discrimination. An example is Netflix which has been discriminated against by Comcast among others where Comcast has throttled/limited/reduced the speed of access to Netflix for their benefit. For an ISP to choose what or when a person may see or access is a violation of basic entitlement such as a persons freedom of speech or right to view a book at a public library. The internet is unmeasurably vital in our day and age for freedom of communication. Segregation should not be fostered or accepted. The internet belongs to everyone equally.
