Establish a new Constitution Convention to draft a new Constitution for the United States.

Our current Constitution is a document that was drafted 226 years ago and is the source of constant controversy in trying to adapt that language to today's society. It became operative when horses were the primary means of transportation and 90% of the population couldn't read. Universal suffrage was not in force at that time. I am not suggesting a restructuring of the government, but in this day of instantaneous world-wide communications and a mostly literate, diverse population, we can address the issues (like eliminating the electoral college) that can be addressed and side step the others, just as the founding fathers side-stepped the issue of slavery during their time. We must have faith in ourselves that we can do this with a high expectation of reasonable results. God bless USA
