The success of this petition will enable all expired patents that were black shelved by American captains of industry during the industrial revolution, to now become apart of a public innovation social graph for the advent of wireless energy apps and devices.
The aim is a 21st century response system with its own 1.5% energy/royalty rate to match the 1.5% interest/credit rate on the public debt, so as to eventually pay off the national deficit with 16 terawatts of wireless energy via radio-powered holographic internet and 64 new industry start ups.
