Today, I urge President Obama as you unveil your ambitions CIR in a speech in Las Vegas to include a relief that will go a long way to keep the US Government transparent and accountable to aspiring immigrants, and save them by establishing this much desired commonsense measure. Admittedly, US immigration law is very complex. Petitioners and beneficiaries fall daily thru umpteen cracks due to a patchwork of INA amendments. Should a victim seeking immigration relief demonstrate to the satisfaction of a straightforward criteria that the White House could propose, that the agencies responsible for implementing laws related to INA did not timely do so, or made omissions and commissions during adjudication or enforcement of these laws, the victim/s be entitled to a NO FAULT GREEN CARD, promptly.
