Establish a non-partisan bureau to work wth states to oversee, standardize and approve technology of national elections

To establish a national nonpartisan bureau that will work with states to oversee national elections. The task would be to insure the right to vote is made easier and fair. This could be done with make voting more standardized nationally including the use of early voting and technology. The bureau would also establish rules to standardize and simplify voter registration. It would also create basic identification requirements that would not create undue burdens for a citizen who wishes to exercise their right to vote.
