Creating a north american union would spur economic growth. Invite all Latin American nations and rebuild them to give every human in said union the basic standard of living that we have in the states. Rebuilding nations would create an enormous amount of jobs and would help grow the middle class.
Establish a national ID for this union. Grant equal citizenship immediately to all citizens and end the immigration debate for good.
Create a digital currency to go along with the dollar. Use the digital currency for the North American Union use only and the dollar for abroad. Have prices set in the union and give enough digital currency out so that every citizen is at a minimum above the poverty line.
End poverty, end the immigration debate and share our standard of living with all humans.
