Establish an organization dedicated to the extermination of the house fly in the United States.

The common housefly is a threat to happiness and well being of every individual on U.S. soil. Because the housefly plays such a minor role as a decomposer in our nation's eco system, it would not have catastrophic effects if they were to become extinct or drastically decrease in numbers. They serve primarily to transport disease and cause unparalleled anger when they fly inches from your ear or face. America will become twice the country it already is if these vermin are destroyed. I have no doubt this program will inspire Americans to be more civilly responsive to elections and government affairs because the time they will save not being angry and not swatting flies from their faces.
