Progress is informed by both compromise and transparency by elected officials in Congress who represent our 50 states, and The People's 100 would facilitate this.
The People's 100 would consist of one Democrat & one Republican small business owner from each state, elected by residents of their home state. Their duties would be as follows:
1) Schedule frequent facetime with state residents and report back to elected representatives & senators of their respective states on matters pertaining to said residents.
2) Act as liason between citizens & Congress, encouraging compromise using economic logic, & sensitivity to umbrella issues faced by individual citizens.
3) Dispell "Man Behind The Curtain" mentality of government, & convene to investigate suspected corruption with the FBI.
