Lack of credit hampers personal and business growth, the creation of jobs, and the growth of all economies. Creation of a federal credit union through the offices of the United Postal Office has been used in the past to restore access of credit for individuals and small businesses and rekindled economic growth where it really needs be restarted: at a grassroots level with the individual.
