Establish a procedure to revoke the Medal of Honor awarded to Bill Cosby

Created by K.B. on July 25, 2015

President Obama said that there is no mechanism for revoking the Presidential Medal of Honor awarded to Bill Cosby. Horrifying accounts of Cosby drugging, molesting and raping dozens of young, vulnerable women over decades make Obama's assertion unacceptable. The Medal of Honor was created through the power of an executive order by President John F. Kennedy. That power is now in Obama's hands. If the medal could be created with an executive order it stands to reason that an executive order can craft a process for revocation. Previous recipients of the Medal of Honor deserve no less. The honorable men and women of America deserve no less. President Obama, use your executive power to pursue a procedure for revocation of Cosby's Medal of Honor.
