Being that the citizens of America are guaranteed the right to bear arms via the 2nd Amendment to the Constitution, and being that many citizen's can not afford to practice the right laid out by the 2nd Amendment: We request the current administration put together, support and pass a program that provides subsidies to citizens so they can purchase firearms, ammunition, pay for proper firearms training, and pay fees/membership to proper facilities where they can properly use their firearms, so they may exercise their right as put forth in the 2nd Amendment.
The correct and proper thing to 'equal the playing field' in a fair and just society is to create and pass such a program thus allowing all citizens to partaken in the right to bear arms.
