Everyday 1000s of sUAV flights - better known as Drones - are conducted within the National Airspace of the United States. These flights are not operated by the military or aerospace companies but by private citizens - better known as FPV Pilots (First Person View).
FPV is a type of remote-control flying which allows to fly from the view of the cockpit. The development of small, lightweight video cameras coupled with miniature video transmitters and long-range control radios has unlocked a new world of potential for hobbyist aircraft.
The FPV Community has over 100k's Pilots and is self-regulated with a comprehensive safety framework that till date has proven successful.
This all is threaten by the upcoming FAA legislation that will put destructive restrictions on our Hobby.
