Establish quarantine bases to receive travelers from any area suspected or confirmed to have infection of Ebola virus.

The federal government needs to establish two military bases with airfields capable of handling civilian flights as traveler quarantine locations. All flights originating from the African continent need to be channeled to these bases. The bases can host CDC specialist to act as the front-lines to screen all passengers from effected areas. A minimum of 10 days quarantine for all incoming travelers.
Special military planes equipped with isolation rooms for retrieval of any suspected individuals within the United States, or US citizens that have become infected while traveling abroad.
All commercial flights to areas with active Ebola infection within Africa suspended.
Planes carrying individuals suspected of Ebola infection need to be routed to quarantine bases, and planes decontaminated.
