We the people proclaim that any private company that holds government contracts and receives tax-payers money should be held to regulations prohibiting the exportation of current domestic jobs to foreign countries.
Any company who currently has a government contract that is exporting jobs will be subject to a mandatory contract re-evaluation by the appropriate committee. Exemptions would be made on a case to case in cases of lack of expertise, resources or capital.
