Unregulated use of SWAT in domestic Law Enforcement has produced a slate of abuses that are unacceptable and incompatible with a free society. SWAT mentality is a key component to the corrupt Law Enforcement culture that is actively brutalizing young people, minorities, home owners, and terrorizing law biding citizens without oversight. Local Law Enforcement Agencies lack the training, diversity, and transparency to apply SWAP tactics in a way that is consistent with Constitutional protections.
