"Establish Rehabilitation Structures In Each State For The Disease Of Negrophobia"

Since it is a clear fact & knowledge of the psychological effect of those who have racial biases, we should now consider "Negrophobia" as a curable disease and arrange treatment of it in each U.S. State. We The People hereby submit this petition to address this problem which will by estimation lower crimes & racist actions if adopted and embraced by the American people. The treatment centers will address the core of racism, the human psyche, for it is said, "the head leads and the body follows". This will be an educational platform in a positive environment with Staff that will offer humanitarian views, history, support & give better understanding of race to those who know they possess this disease that is caused by the lack of knowledge of those who appear different, but who are the same.
