Establish a requirement for Kevlar vests or alternative form of protection to be a mandatory part of school uniforms

Given the lack of political will in the US government to protect the children of our nation from gun violence, the only reasonable alternative is to establish a law that requires kids to wear Kevlar vests or an equally efficient alternative form of protection at all time while attending school functions. Such a requirement will be in no way different from laws requiring and regulating children car seats, or bycicle helmets. Let's make sure our nation's future is safe and secure from the dangers of gun violence and mindless killing.
