Establish Shari'ah Courts and Implement Shari'ah Law for Self-Identifying Muslims

This petition seeks to gain support and approval to establish Shari'ah courts and implement Shari'ah law for self-identifying Muslim-Americans. This proposal does not aim to replace or change the current legal system of America, but rather to supplement it with regards to Muslim-Americans. The goal of this proposal is to hold Muslim-Americans to the higher standard of Divine Law that does not exist in America's secular legal system. Muslim-Americans seeking to participate in the Shari'ah system would be required to register with a national Muslim association (as elected) charged with the responsibility of maintaining a register of all participants.
