Shenzhen City is located in Guangdong , China. Very Close to Hong Kong. In fact, it is one of the reason to establish Shenzhen Special Economic Zone,SEZ (also called Shenzhen City) in 1980s. But Chairman Jiang Administration cancelled SEZ in 21st century. Nowadays there is well connected between Shenzhen and HongKong, for our city's development, economic and construction of a clean government, We request Obama Administration to persuade Chinese government to establish Shenzhen Special Administration Region.
