Establish a strict federal law that hold severe punishments for people who use a firearm in any crime.

To help promote responsible usage of firearms in the united states. We propose that if a firearm is involved in a crime: regardless of whether or not the weapon was fired that it be declared a "federal crime". Crimes included: robbery, rape, threats, attempted murder.

Here a some ideas of punishments:

1. Loss of personally owned guns (All previously own guns will be confiscated)
- Subject cannot live with someone who owns (a) firearm(s), unless it never out and locked at all times.
2. 10 year minimum imprisonment
3. Illegal firearms selling/buying 20 years minimum imprisonment
