Establish term limits for all members of Congress as well as negate any law that excepts them from any public measure.

All elected members of Congress should have limited terms of service that they are allowed to serve. In addition to limited terms of service, all elected members of Congress should also abide from any legislation, reform, program, care that is passed for the American public (IE Healthcare - they cannot exempt themselves), relinquish all pay, benefits and perks upon leaving office at the end of their terms, and cannot give themselves a raise when the economy is experiencing a debt.
