Establish term limits for Congress

Congress won't approve term limits for themselves so American citizens should be able to. Congress has consistently voted not to establish term limits for our elected officials despite increasing public opinion that there should be term limits. A lot of people in Congress have grown out of touch with many of their constituents in their own communities as well as the wants and needs of million Americans in these ever changing times. Ideology is always changing in America as time goes on, yet none of our elected officials seem to be willing to change theirs. Over 70% of all Americans are in favor of Congressional term limits yet 75% of all of the US Senate voted against term limits in February 2013. The president has term limits and so should Congress.
