Establish Term Limits for the legislative branch; i.e. Senate and House of Representatives.

Created by J.B. on November 13, 2012

Nothing is so essential to the preservation of a "peoples" government as a periodic rotation of those Representatives elected by the people. The states cannot impose term limits upon their federal Representatives or Senators. So, "We the People" are asking the members of congress to amend the Constitution to put Term limits in place of two, consecutive 6 year terms for United States Senate and six, consecutive 2 year terms for elected to the U.S. House of Representatives.
