Establish term limits for members of The House of Representatives and The Senate.

When George Washington stepped down after his second term as President, he set a very important precident by not running for a third term. He felt it was better to step down gracefully and allow others to lead than to give the impression that future Presidents should be appointed for life. This practice has been adhered to (save one instance) by every president that followed Washington. This Term Limit was even made in law by the 22nd Amendment.
However, there are currently no term limits for members of Congress. They can be reelected ad infinitum. This practice drastically reduces the chances of NEW members reaching Congress. We the People are missing out on fresh ideas, new opinions, and change in the way things operate in D.C. Sign this and help us all recieve real represention!
