To establish term limits for the Senate not to exceed 12 years ( 2- two election cycles) and for the House not to exceed 6 years ( 3 - three election cycles).
To ensure new ideas are introduced into the legislative process and "entitlements" are not encouraged. To discourage the "Hill mentality" and restore the two party election process fair playing field.
Hold the Legislative Branch accountable to the People and not to special interests or PACs.
