Establish term limits for Senators and members of Congress. This will enable new ideas and perspectives to enter the legislation process by result of more individuals serving. It will aslo serve to limit corruption due to the limited time those serving will be holding office.
The President is limited to two terms of four years. There is no reason Congress and the Senate should not be held to the same limit.
