Establish term limits for members of the House and Senate.
Term limits should be as follows:
- No more than twelve years for the Senate
- No more than twelve years for the House
For the same reason Congress created the 22nd amendment barring more than two terms of the President, so to should the House and Senate see similar action toward their tenure.
Public support is critical as only Congress or 38 of the States can ratify an amendment.
