I submit to the President and Congress that there should be set term limits set for any appointed Supreme Court Justice present and future as the current system of appointment for life or until voluntary retirement is an outdated and antiquated system.
The notion that a Justice is above potential political or monetary corruption based on tenure of service is both insulting and disingenuous in this day and age.
As times change and evolve with our society so must it's laws to ensure justice. The current system is stagnant and blatantly biased along party lines when it should be impartial. This needs to change in order to ensure fair and honest rulings on matters brought before the court.
