We the people encourage the White House to find a US Senator or Representative who is courageous enough to draft an amendment to the US Constitution that creates term limits for both houses of Congress. Once proposed we also challenge the Obama administration to publicly support and help push through this amendment.
The people are tired and frustrated watching career politicians grow rich and sometimes become corrupt by spending years in their office. Too often they focus more on the special interest groups and corporate lobbyists that feed their re-election campaigns. We believe that by having a finite period in which to invoke change in they will keep their focus on the people that sent them to Washington.
