Known as a Top 10 - To Do List, The newly established department would focus their specific attention to the needs and wishes of the American people based on the Top 10 submissions via the website.
As a submission example: Offer high school students who have completed the 11 Grade with a B avg or higher to enter directly into college during their normal 12 grade session. By directly entering into college, as a reward, the federal government would pay for the students first year of college. This keeps students in school and benefits the public.
If this example is chosen by the people as a Top 10 item, then the newly formed dept would be responsible to pursue action.
