Mortgage relief has not gone far enough. Banks that are holding mortgages are partipating in further activities that make it impossible for the motgagee to fix and or repair their loans. Unfair practices have put most people behind but not in default through no fault of their own,,,,the new plan outlined by the president only helps those who have not fallen behind and these are the folks who need help the most. In most cases the interest rates on these mortgages make it literally impossible for the loan to be caught us as well.
Americans need a breath of fresh air and not just more half baked fixes....Help every person who has a bad mortgage and not just the easy ones.
