Protect America's digital infrastructure, a strategic national asset by establishing the United States Cyber Corp. Provide this separate DoD branch its own distinct, & mission appropriate, culture to fight & win in cyberspace.
-Recruit higher mental aptitude, allow decreased physical ability.
-Recruit through interservice transfers, wounded warriors, & college education intensives.
-All current branches have their own culture which fits their warfare model, not a cyberspace one.
-Increase proficiency by more operational experience due to removing offensive capabilities from other branches.
-Free budget money buy removing redundant offensive units from all branches, removal of contractors, & allow to use medical, legal, etc from other services.
