In order to overcome the current political gridlock and kick-start job creation in America, this petition calls for establishing of a voluntary donation program called "SARA - Serve America Rebuild America". The idea is simple - it is a call for American people and corporations who wish to help the country make a voluntary donation. The funds raised will be used to help invest in areas/industries that will help power America's future.
No tax deduction incentive is to be allowed for making a donation to the program given the fund is being set up to help the country. In addition, the fund will be managed by a new entity and will be supervised by a committee consisting of highly respected political and business leaders from both political parties.
